AMP (Advancing Management Platform)
C3 Presents' operational advance system (database).
Org
The Org is the umbrella under which all projects associated with a specific group or promoter are managed. Depending on your access level, you may have permissions for one or multiple orgs within AMP.
Project
A Project represents the show or event you are advancing. Projects exist within an Org. Users may have access to multiple projects across different orgs or several projects within the same org, depending on their permissions.
Integration
An Integration connects AMP to an API, allowing ticketing resource requests to flow into the project’s issuance system.
Resources
Resources refer to the items available for request, including assets, credentials, labor, and catering. They may also include form-only submissions, such as shipments, trucking, and information-gathering forms.
Resource Template
A Resource Template is a saved configuration of a resource’s settings. Users with the correct permissions can set up and save configurations—including request methods and forms—at the Org level for future use in projects.
Advance Type
An Advance Type is a grouping of users such as artists, departments, vendors, and sponsors. AMP allows the creation of custom advance types to meet project needs. Each group that needs to make requests has its own unique portal under their specific advance type.
Portal
A Portal is a dedicated online hub where a group within an Advance Type can submit resource requests, access show details, and find essential show instructions.
User Roles & Permissions
Viewer
A Viewer has view-only access to a Project, Portal, Advance Type, Resource, or Resource Form and cannot edit configurations or submit requests.
Editor
An Editor has edit permissions for a Portal, Advance Type, Resource, or Resource Form and can submit requests but cannot approve them.
Approver
An Approver has full access to view and edit the assigned Portal, Advance Type, Resource, or Resource Form. Approvers can also approve or deny requests based on their role in the approval pipeline (e.g., Portal Approver, Resource Approver, Advance Type Approver).
Requester
A Requester is a user assigned to a specific portal who can submit requests on behalf of their team or group.
Request Deadline
A Request Deadline is a locking deadline set at the Resource Form, Advance Type, or Portal level. Once the deadline passes, AMP prevents portal users from submitting new requests.
