How Do I Filter Requests in My Approvals Dashboard?

Filtering Requests Pending Approval in the Approvals Dashboard

Use filters in the Approvals Dashboard to narrow down and manage the requests pending your review.

How to Filter Requests:

1. Click Approvals in the left-hand navigation panel.

2. At the top of the page, click the Filter button.

3. Use the available filter fields to refine your view. You may filter by one or multiple fields:

   • Project

     • Select a specific project to view only requests pending your approval related to that project.

     • Leave set to All to view requests pending your approval across all projects.

   • Resource

     • Choose a specific resource to view requests pending your approval related to that resource.

     • Leave set to All to view requests pending your approval for all resources within the selected project(s).

   • Advance Type

     • Select one or multiple Advance Types to filter the requests pending your approval accordingly.

   • Portal

     • Choose one or multiple portals to view only the relevant requests pending your approval. 

Once you've applied your filters and clicked Submit, the dashboard will update to display only the matching requests.
