How to Add Advance Portals to a Project

To add an Advance Portal to a project, log in and select your project. Then, navigate to Advance Types and Portals and choose the Advance Type to which you need to add a portal.

1. Click "Create Advance Portal."
2. Begin typing in the text box to display a list of available advances associated with that Advance Type.
   • If the portal you wish to add is not listed, select "Create New Advance."
3. Click "Submit."

1. After submission, you will have two options:
   • Go to the portal to set approvers and begin inviting requesters.
   • Stay on the current page to continue adding portals to the Advance Type.
